Phrozen Mighty Revo 16k

I had started printing again and everything was going fine. I heard a sound and checked. There was a bit of cured resin in the vat for some reason. I cleaned it up and started a new print a couple hours later.

Everything seemed fine when I started it. Let it go for a while and then checked it when I didn't see the arm move. It appears to be stuck down now. I got the vat and plate off without issue, and it does look like it did the first few layers of the raft before it happened.

There wasn't an error saying anything was wrong. The only one I had was two prints before saying it might fail and giving me the option to ignore. I ignored it the second run after reslicing the file.

Any recommendations for getting it lifted again? I did try the controls after turning it off thinking that might clear it . I hear the motor but no movement.

If you are considering buying a Phrozen 3D printer, stop and think twice. What is marketed as a high-precision, premium machine is, in reality, a cheaply manufactured liability backed by customer support that does everything possible to dodge basic warranty obligations.

Here is why you should stay far away from Phrozen:

1. Horrible Build Quality & Severe Hardware Failures Within less than a year of normal use, my printer suffered a catastrophic hardware failure. The Z-axis mechanism completely locked up. The motor buzzes and grinds, but the lead screw refuses to move on its own unless forced manually. Even after disassembling the Z-axis nut block, cleaning, and reassembling the parts, the printer failed again on the very next print. These machines suffer from severe binding, weak motors, or failing drivers out of the box.

2. Unacceptable "Support" & Dodging Warranty Claims Phrozen's warranty coverage is an absolute joke. When a fundamental component fails on a machine less than 12 months old, you expect a reputable company to honor their warranty with a replacement unit or real hardware support. Instead, you get canned troubleshooting steps, endless workarounds, and zero accountability. They will gladly leave you with a non-functioning paperweight while your warranty period expires.

3. Non-Existent Quality Control This wasn't even the first issue I encountered with this unit. It is crystal clear that Phrozen has severe quality control issues on the factory floor. Components degrade rapidly, tolerances are poor, and basic mechanical assemblies fall apart under standard operating conditions.

Final Verdict: Save your hard-earned money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products. Phrozen charges premium prices for low-grade hardware and leaves you stranded when their equipment inevitably breaks down. I will never purchase another Phrozen product again, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable 3D printer to look elsewhere
