Surprise black head from my lower back

Felt like a scab when I found it rubbing my back, hardly ever have blackheads this size

Worried 😟

So this spot started off as a bump. When I popped it, now there is just a hole. It doesn't hurt and it doesn't have red streaks going from it but it's a hole and occasionally leaks blood/pus.

Should I be worried that's it's staphylococcus infection or not??

I had a cyst removed….

Right on the back of my neck centered on my spine. The black tip is how I would manually drain it. The smell was so bad, I had to get it removed. I couldn’t even shower the smell away.

Pimple patch peeling

Sorry for the trouble focusing on the patch at the end!! I usually leave the patches on for longer but it was super itchy.

Whatever this was on me

Very TMI on where it was but I never had anything like this and needed to record lol

My recording is shaky I couldn't see anything. The popper said I gave birth.

Hoping someone can tell me how to get rid of this. Is this a sabeacous cyst?

Hello. I've had this issue for about two years; it comes and goes. I believe it's related to my diet since it subsides when I reduce sugar intake. Some suggest it's an ingrown hair, while others think it might be a sebaceous cyst. I've even tried inserting needles into it, but even after pus is released, it remains hard.
