Tell me what to do with these PPP, they’re my first of the royals and idk what I’m doing. They’re so sad

I have 3 cuz they were cheap and I thought I’d experiment. So one’s in sphagnum, one’s in kratky, one’s in aroid mix. The aroid mix one dropped all leave but has baby sprouts, the moss one is sad and curly and one of the leaves is on the way out. The kratky seems to be doing the best but it’s still really curly and sad and hasn’t grown that many roots.

I’m new to the royals family, I didn’t think they’d be that different but they are throwing me for a loop. I’m ready to give them away tbh but I feel bad giving sad plants to ppl.

Please just tell me what to do!

Comeback

I chopped my very leggy baby and she’s coming back strong. I rooted the top cutting in some water and got about 20 node cuttings.
So far my nodes aren’t giving me any roots but I don’t even care because this potted plant looks beautiful
