Pit boss vertical smoker not holding temp
I’ve had this smoker for about a year. Recently it’s having trouble holding temperature. It will heat up to the set temperature- but after 10mins- it will drop. I’ve checked and made sure the water pan isn’t blocking anything- but I dunno…
