My Sauromatum venosum (voodoo lily) finally bloomed

Planted the bulb last autumn and it smells a bit like rotten flesh but not terrible actually! Once the spadix and spathe die down in a couple of days the leaf will sprout up. I also have a dragon lily that has not decided to show up yet. (Saw the bother post!) This is OC :)

She's baaaaack

This plant is at least 30 years old. I look forward to this bloom every year. The past three years the bloom has been ginormous.

Need help with my begonia melanobullata guys.

My one plant that’s giving me troubles. Had it in a little enclosure before didn’t do much. Now that it’s warming back up and humidity is high I give it a better space.

Echeverias

From left to right;

echeveria black knight, echeveria saber wolf, echeveria mina rubra.

The small cuttings in front: rubsii and "Enoch".

3 last ones: echeveria "Romeo" (supposed), Graptopetalum rubsii, echeveria Enoch

Echeveria are succulents that thrive on bright light and little water. Rosettes remind me of gothic cathedrals, naturally geometric with interesting symmetry and proportions, highly based on spirals.

Easy to hybridize, there's actually more variety than can be counted.

Fun fact: most echeveria change colors depending on the condition they are kept in, reaching maximum color in extremely brigh but cold conditions. They are not all frost hardy though, and should be kept inside under -4c°

Which one is your favourite?

Nursery haul!

Garden haul (it's too early here to plant outside, so they are protected in my little greenhouse for a couple more weeks)

3 different petunias, roemary, red kale, and 2 begonia (love that foliage!!) the silver/black leavrs are red underneath!

My begonia Indian sunset

It was a bit of a slow start, but it’s one of my favourite plants now!

It sits 20cm from a NWW facing window. I repotted it just last week so it’s still in a bit of shock but hoping it takes off soon!!

While I have you here.. how do I propagate or split this plant up? It feels quite fragile and I don’t want to kill it.
