If it says 21gb, will it take up 21gb of storage? Or is it a streaming thing? I'm confused

Hello people
As some of you know I'm working on a new version of PlayTorrio which is V3
It's going good, it'll be a lot more stable, better performance than V1
However as some of you know i made an announcement on discord for people who want to contribute and help me build the app as life is getting very hectic for me irl
93 people voted yes, 30 of them took the dev role, and a single person actually made a pr on GitHub
Which was a little sad because i was expecting help from devs in my server which made me think I'd be able to grow the app and make it more stable than ever
So I'm here now posting on reddit to see if some of y'all would contribute

If you're a dev and want to help, you're more than welcome to fork it, poke around, add features and fix bugs and submit a pr on GitHub
A preview alpha is in the releases for devs to see, and check out what's been currently done

my movie is constantly buffering
tbh i have no idea what i’m doing i just got recommended this service. i am on windows and using free proton vpn. when i was trying to use the torrent version the movie wouldn’t load at all, but i switched to direct streaming and got my movie to actually start but it’s buffering every few seconds. why?
