Adding final touches to this Hyrax Pngtuber, just undecided on which!

I’ve never done anything like this before. Some of the faces feel wrong and I don’t know if maybe I need to do something with like posing. What can I do to improve?

Hello. I want to do a few simple pngtubers before I do one for the character I'm still designing and don't have vgen or anything like that. If I did it would probably be an animal/ furry - possibly more chibi than my normal stuff - but full body more than likely (Look at the image for reference to likely style).

If I end up doing it is there anywhere that seems good to post it? I never really do adopts and I don't wanna do all the work on something I won't use if it won't sell ya know

I'm trying to make the body jump only when speaking and the head flatten slightly, but I can't separate their interaction without having to do it in two different files and then merge them in OBS. This is causing me a lot of problems, and I'd like to know if there's a better way.

estoy trabajando en este personaje pngtuber hace mucho, pero estoy perdiendo la paciencia al hacerlo.
este es una prueba de como quiero que se vea, pero están en archivos separados. lo que causa que siempre le pase algo o se desconfigure. necesito que estén en un solo archivo, pero no se como hacer que el cuerpo interactúe a mi voz de distinta forma que la cabeza.
la cabeza se supone que debe estirarse y el cuerpo saltar. pero ya perdí la paciencia y lo deje así por mucho tiempo.

I'm planning on making my first Pngtuber for my twitch stream, I had the idea of making my cat Walter "say" the twitch notification but i cant find any information about how i can do that with a pngtuber softwear.

I already made the blinking and closed mouth png of him i just need to find the way i can do it.

Do you have any software recommandation or tutorial ?

I recently used Iiji's PNGtuber Picrew Masterlist to try and make a PNGtuber

and, this is just me, but it almost feels like im cheating a little

I double checked the one i used, and from my understanding, they marked it as okay for using for streaming and stuff

but like, I dunno, again, it feels like it's not really me if I didn't even commission it?

am i just overthinking it?
