i'm dying waiting for the lich codex to arrive and thought about making a post to see what peoples favorite works are?
i'd say for me i love the Druid and Sorceror liches and the Jinx halfing and well as the chest weasel monster!

what are yalls favorites?

I pre ordered in November and it said it would be ready in summer.

I've been creating a Necromancer class character for a mini-campaign that allowed it, however I have been puzzled with the "Death Mage" feature. The main question is: "Does the feature say that you are allowed to prepare ANY spell from the necromancy school, or are these spells also restricted to the Necromancer spell list?".

For instance, if my necromancer is allowed to prepare 4 extra spells, are those spells then restricted to Necromancy School spells within, or beyond the Neceromancer's spell list?

Especially, when you choose the Hemomancer subclass, this becomes extra relevant, as now it also includes spells from the Enchantment school.

I've done by best to find information on this by searching through the subreddt, but I'm not a very avid user, so I apologize if this is already an FAQ.
