With the recent Celebi announcement I was wondering if someone can help me understand in simple language how to get the leaf green or trading exclusives and complete the home dex? I only have fire red

just traded in my ACE shiny pokemon from FRLG into home and everything works perfectly fine. i tried to bring in a mew that i bootstrapped and it kept giving me an error code tho.
