Hi, I need help about my old account that I lost in 2023.. Basicly I went out for swinub community day and my bag with phone and other stuff got stolen, some thief on bike took and went away I couldnt catch it.. After 20 minutes I was home at my desk sending email to Niantic about entire situation.

Does anyone know how to restore my stolen account, I have proof of purchase on my Google account and I have screenshots of my Pokemon storage but that is not enough for them I even made a video and sent them all the proof but still they say they cant help..

Each time I try talk to them I get random bot saying same stuff over and over again.

Account wasnt anything special but it meant a lot to me.

Any help would help.. My friend has me added on his account and I still have same buddy with name of it.. It's my GF's name with shiny maril since its her favourite Pokemon
