With how many 5 star raids i plan on doing i want to get the megas out of the way before go fest starts locally for me, this means doing this for Saturday and sunday. This is most likely where I'll start raiding from: -36.848461, 174.763336 Another thing i forgot to mention, its rlly just going to be all of us spoofing to that location at the same time and doing raids so no people limit but we really only need 8 people minimum to consistently beat raids fast.

The first time I bought coins, I simply used a VPN for it but now it automatically switches to gbp. does anyone know how? I can’t do the method where I buy the 100 coins because it doesn’t show in the shop for my spoofed version.

I did 150 Niheligo raids and ended up with 1 Shiny

I did 60 Buzzwole raids and ended up with 1 Shiny

I did 40 Pheromosa raids and ended up with 1 Shiny

I did 90 Xurkitree raids and didn’t get a single Shiny

So that’s a total of 340 raids and only 3 Shinies, which works out to a 1 in 113 chance of getting a Shiny.

Anyone here who’s had even worse luck?

So are you able to spoof to Japan and not buy a ticket or day pass or anything and still partake in the raids? Is the only thing that buying a ticket will do is give you a chance at location background or do you need to buy a ticket and pass to do the raids etc.?
