I was just thinking to myself after seeing all these shiny pokemon people are getting on reddit that I've never actually found one in the wild and what do you know I run into this guy. Only took 20 years of playing. Little bastard knew whirlwind too. Good thing I used a Masterball.

After having a pretty unsuccessful safari week I decided to take my talents down to Mt. Pyre as they’re are a ton of shinies available that i would love to have. Over time I’d love to clear the whole dungeon. My main targets were shuppet or dusk I’ll to go along with the shiny Gastly i found about a month ago but I gotta say shiny Meditie was high up on my list as well. Final Count: 11,848 encounters.

Yessir shiny Mudkip! I got shiny Treecko last week only Torchic left for the shiny trio! This one is way under odds but don’t know by how much(I don’t count resets)

Any recommendations on which Pokémon to use? Looking for uncommonly used/underrated mons that are good throughout the entire game. What are your favorites??

My friends and I did a draft/challenge and this was the team of Pokémon I have to use to become champ. Not a bad team, but I cannot get past Steven. I don’t think I’m super under-leveled, but maybe I’m wrong. Any advice or ideas for setting up any of these members to be more effective?

Absolute cinema! After hunting on and off since November and seeing a shiny non catchable Poochyena I finally did it

I guess I need to buy a lottery ticket. Got a shiny treecko on the first reset for a better nature! Literally shaking rn, craziest moment in all my years of playing this beautiful franchise!

I have officially started my forever save of Pokemon Ruby! To kick it off right I decided to not only do a full odds shiny hunt but also do a Lvl 100 gauntlet (the pinnacle of power for a Pokemon)! So I figured I'd share the start of the journey with this sub! Personally I'm rooting for the shiny, the underdog, the odds are in the Zigzagoons favor, but I think the shiny can come through and take the glory! But dear Pokeheads what do you think?
