I don’t know which gen 8 game to get. If it’s sword then my team will be:

Inteleon,
Boltund,
Centiskorch,
Copperajah
Hatterene
Sirfetch’d

If it’s shield then my team will be:

Cinderace,
Drednaw,
Toxtricity,
Appletun,
Grimmsnarl,
Excadrill,

I’m planning my team beforehand. 😃

For me it has to be Nessa. She gave me a rough time especially since whenever I’d try to wear out her Drednaw it’d get me with a rock move. I’m convinced Drednaw is this secret demon pokemon that Giratina created just to spite new trainers. But I guess Allister also gave me some trouble but I beat him on the second try so not that much trouble… so, what Galar gym leader put you through the wringer?

Is it normal to get a shiny “rookiedee”( sorry I spelled it wrong) in the beginning on Route 2?? First play through. I wasn’t expecting it. I don’t do any shiny hunting. It was first try. And seen a shiny. Normal or nah?
