i think i might have gotten scammed
so today i went to my first ever card show at catapult and really wanted a card that i saw ( ill put a photo later) it was the meowth from 30th and the guy was selling it for $15, i offered to do a trade and he took my sneasel 30th celebration classic collection along with 4 of the 30th celebration pikachus and he priced them all for $5. when i went back home to check, the price for the sneasel was between $8-$20 and the pikachus should have totalled at about $2. Did i get scammed or was i just looking at the wrong pricing? he told me that collectr had the wrong pricing because that’s what i showed him and he showed it to me on some website which was $8 for the sneasel but i was so nervous that i didn’t mental calculate and just agreed to $5 trade value + $10 cash. i also found out that the meowth card was being sold by some other vendor at $9 so maybe it was my fault for not looking around more. i also mentioned to this vendor that it was my first card show and that’s why i was not experienced so maybe that’s why he chose to scam me. please leave ur views on this and am i in the wrong or was the guy actually scamming me?
