Draconeon. In the Porygon Dream of Mareep Handbook, I do not know how you evolve an Eevee into a Draconeon.
Is it a held item that has the word "Dragon" in it or?
When you make Preserves, you create two food items with the same effect as the consumable - when it comes to abilities and moves that refer to Berries (Harvest, Ripen, Natural Gift), does a Preserve still count as the Berry it was made from, or does it have to be an untouched and standard Berry?
Im reading through the PTA 3.5 handbook, because I want to run a game with my friends and I need help with the origins section.

When it describes the starting pokemon options and specifies "Starter Pokemon," does that mean one of the grass, fire, water, starter pokemon. Or just one that fits into the following parameters?
So im going to be running a PTU campaign soon, I want to run the league as a tournament once they get out of victory road, but I could see it'd be easier if I just did an Elite Four Challenge instead. If anyone has GM'd or played and did the tournament I'd like some advice.
