It’s 12:51 am and I started the stair reset method in wild zone 3 at like 12:20, great luck I suppose!!

Now take this with a grain of salt because I am a day one Jacinthe defender, but I’ve been replaying ZA and noticed that Urbain is, like, unnecessarily rude to Jacinthe, like just ditching her tournament, just kinda being rude to her throughout her whole “arc”?

Please tell me if anyone else has noticed this!

My first Pokémon game was Arceus and coming from that to Z-A, I wasn’t feeling it in the beginning. I played about 7 hours worth and then shelved it for a couple of months. When I went back to it and kept going, many of the characters grew on me, the story was getting me hooked more and more and things started to “click” and it became a lot of fun! So glad I kept with it and I can now say, I’m very happy with my time spent with Z-A and in Lumiose City.

Now, I’m off shiny hunting and getting my Pokédex filled in to completion. See you in Lumiose!

I love how the game has multiple solutions to some puzzles but hate that some have Obvious solutions that don’t work. like the rocks can be broken by so many physical moves and not just rock smash like steel wing, aura sphere and iron tail. meanwhile water type moves (ie hydro pump) or any of the elemental punch don't work, yet zen headbutt works?

or the slug piles that need water or psychic type move except psybeam.

or the fountain puzzle where blizzard and freeze dry also work. But this, and other side quest like the frozen Numel or spinera trio quest don’t specify how strong the move must be ( as icy wind, ice shard, ice fang and ice punch don’t work).

side note but I love Emma's reaction to using freeze dry.

I just finished my second run if the hame so these scenes aren't unfamiliar but I really like this art style. In The lore of X and Ydo they use stuff like this in the games?( black and white two as well)

I forget who gave me the idea but they requested that playing the game with only one type is really fun! Turns out it is. Pinsir is here because he becomes a flying type when he evolves so I count him(I only allowed one pokemon that this happens for in my team. No pinsir and clefable at the same time) I also wanted to have a couple pokemon who were not megas and brought emolga and Dragonite. Emolga was the only reason I could defeat the tower as well so that is fun.emolga carried the whole team on her back during the flower fights didn't get hit once.

I don't want sandwiches. I don't want donuts. I don't want time gated rushed trials of the same 3 reskinned zones endlessly. I don't want to farm berries to make XYZ food item that completely relies on RNG for a chance to provide a useful effect.

I don't want to hard reset 25 times reloading my backup save file every time I get an awful RNG roll donut or else I am not being efficient by losing more berries than I gain for a portal clear. Gamefreak thinks autosaving on donut creation was a big brain move but we all just end up reloading a backup save anyway so did this really accomplish what they meant to? All it did was make getting a decent donut more tedious with an already tedious system. Everything about this DLC is miserable other than arguably hunting for shinies but the gameplay loop is just terrible.

I play pokemon to have epic battles, not to be a freaking anime chef or suffer through the RNG slogfest of trying to get decent berries. This DLC is the most disappointing content I have spent 30$. I sincerely hope Winds and Waves doesn't follow this increasingly subpar food system. Also, stop mass copying and pasting 2D assets. I'm looking at you Luminose city walls and windows.

Edit: Thank you for the support everyone. I didn't expect this to resonate with so many people lol. I sincerely hope Nintendo sees this feedback and uses it to do better. We as a community deserve better.
