I thought I'd try to burn off built up grease and crud so I cleaned the ash out, loaded up two chimneys of lump, got them going, dumped them out over the entire lower grate and opened up both top and bottom vents. I was expecting 6-700F but only reached, maybe, 450F. How come?
I just purchased a Fuego grill. It's great. I have a natural line attachment, so I don't need the whole bottom half really. Why can't we just mount some sort of metal or wood plate to the balcony. Put this are the top half of this on top of that secure it down and just use that as a grill so that there's 0 footprint.?
Hey, I was hoping someone might have a place to point me for a replacement cart for an original PK grill. I have the TX folding/rolling cart thing, but I would much prefer the original cart with the shelf. I contacted PK directly and they said the part is fully retired. Any ideas outside of making one myself? Thanks!
