Hallo ihr Lieben,

ab sofort ist ein Zimmer in meiner WG frei, da ich wegziehe. Die Wohnung (91m2) ist sehr Zentral (Luisenplatz) und ideal für Berufstätige. Der Mitbewohner ist Mitte 30 und berufstätig. Die Warmmiete liegt bei ca. 885€.

Vielleicht kennt ihr ja jemanden, der aktuell auf der Suche ist oder sucht selber. :)

I’ve never really been into dating. Not because I was avoiding it. I just got comfortable with my own routine, and somehow that part of life always ended up on the back burner.

Now I’m 25, and I think I’d like to change that.
I’m not looking for a perfectly planned date or anything overly serious from the start..

I’d rather go for a walk, grab a coffee, talk about random things, and see whether the conversation flows..
maybe we’ll have nothing in common. Maybe we’ll end up talking for hours. That’s the interesting part.

If we get along, great. If we don’t, at least we spent some time doing something more interesting than scrolling through our phones.😄

Ganz so, wie schon in einem anderen Beitrag erwähnt, funktioniert hier keine Kartenzahlung. Wenn man da mit 4 Kindern unterwegs ist, ist schon mal das Bargeld für den Eintritt weg. Das sind auch stattliche Preise 12€ Kinder/14€ Erwachsene. Dann sind innen die Dinos wahllos aufgestellt, ohne jedwede Deko oder Ähnliches. Dinoreiten kostet selbstverständlich extra. Die Exponate sind recht mitgenommen und leider auch nicht wirklich gepflegt, das gilt auch für die Ausstattung der Zelte. Drei Hüpfburgen und das war es auch schon. Alles in Allem leider eine lieblose Ausstellung, meine Dinofans waren jedenfalls ordentlich enttäuscht.

Ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich bin vor kurzem neu nach Potsdam gezogen und brauche mal einen neuen Friseur. Es sollte niemand sein, der einem die Haare zu kurz abrupft - ich habe mittellange Haare und das möchte auch so beibehalten😭.

Bei welchen Läden und mit welchen Friseuren habt ihr gute Erfahrungen gemacht?

I’m looking for a long-term rental apartment in Potsdam for my family of three, as I will be starting my studies at GISMA University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam in Winter intake.

* 2-bedroom / 3-room apartment preferred

* Minimum 36 m², ideally around 50–70 m²+

* Maximum €1,300 warm rent per month

* Preferred areas: Bornstedt, Bornstedter Feld, Nedlitz, Nördliche Vorstadt, or nearby areas

* Good access to public transport and preferably close to a public school

* Long-term rental with Anmeldung possible

* A proper Mietvertrag is required

We are a family of three – two adults and our 10-year-old daughter. We are responsible, respectful and looking for a comfortable home where we can settle in Potsdam for the longer term.

I will be studying at GISMA and can provide the necessary documents for the rental application, including proof of study, financial documents and other required paperwork.

Hi zusammen! Ich habe gerade meinen Master in Potsdam abgeschlossen und meine zwei besten Freunde sind gerade aus Frankreich zu Besuch. Wir sind drei Jungs, 27, 28 und 29 Jahre alt, und möchten heute Abend das Potsdamer Nachtleben erleben.

Das Problem: Wir wissen noch nicht, wohin! Deshalb suchen wir Empfehlungen für eine gute Bar, einen Club, eine Party oder einfach einen coolen Ort, an dem heute Abend etwas los ist.

A senior in the same course for U Potsdam told me :

Only 2 subjects are written - other exams are oral - subjects are in such a way - I will be able to do a lot more research work ( which I want to as i am an aspiring PHD student )

My uncle who is an IIT BOMBAY masters grad and UCLA doctorate holder told me : UTN is a better option as he saw the profile of the professors , who teach there and found their research papers have been published in top tier journals - He researched about U POTSDAM too - but couldn't say the same unfortunately.

One of my issues with UTN is its established in 2021 and a relatively small university.

Any advice on this topic : From masters/ Bachelors grads from these 2 universities or other students in general.

Hi everyone! I’m an incoming MSc student at the University of Potsdam, looking for accommodation in Potsdam from around September/October.

I’m looking for a WG/shared apartment or a private room, with a budget of around €350–450/month.

I’m moving to Berlin for work and am therefore looking for a female student who would be interested in taking over my room in a 2-person WG in Potsdam, ideally from 1 September.

Location: The apartment is very close to the University of Europe for Applied Sciences:
around 3 min by tram to Campus Jungfernsee
around 4 min to Campus Fachhochschule
around 17 min to Potsdam Hbf

You would share the apartment with one other girl, who is also a student. You have your own private room, while the kitchen, bathroom and dining/hall area are shared.
Rent is around €500/month, all inclusive – heating, water and electricity are already included.

The room was completely unfurnished when I moved in, so I bought everything myself. I’d like to leave it fully furnished: a large 180×200 IKEA MALM bed with two mattresses, two wardrobes, desk, ergonomic office chair and additional shelving/storage. I originally spent €1,100+ on the furniture and transporting everything from Berlin to Potsdam, but I’m asking €500 for everything together. Everything is in very good condition. The advantage is that you can basically arrive with your suitcase and don’t have to go through buying, transporting and assembling an entire room yourself (I can confirm that part was not fun 😅).
Important: The final takeover would need to be approved by the Hausverwaltung.
