Here are my thoughts in short:
R1: KCM2 vs. Gear 5. Luffy can hold his own against Naruto for a long time thanks to his ability to turn attacks into rubber, reflect them, and his superior physical stats. Naruto can also cause trouble for Luffy with his high AP attacks.
R2: Alive Madara vs. Prime WB. I think Perfect Susanoo and the Quake-Quake Fruit are comparable. Whitebeard can last a long time and give Madara a hard time thanks to his destructive capacity and high durability. Madara can also make things difficult for WB with his Susanoo defense and Tengai Shinsei.
R3: Alive Minato vs. Kizaru. Since I'm using his Base form here, I think Minato is at a huge disadvantage; he could get blitzed by Kizaru, and the Logia fruit can cause him serious trouble. But if we use KCM2, for some reason I feel like he would have the upper hand against Kizaru, so I'm not really sure. The reason I didn't want to use KCM2 is because of Edo Tensei's immortality and power
