for a long time i thought the only damage from PE was those 30 seconds in bed

but looking back the real damage happened way before sex even started

i stopped flirting naturally
stopped escalating
started overthinking every intimate moment

even cuddling started feeling like pressure because in the back of my head i knew where it could lead

and i think she felt that too

thats the part nobody talks about enough. the problem slowly leaves the bedroom and starts affecting the whole relationship dynamic

i used to think:
