I just got my cards and some of the labels are not clear. One my 10’s looks like this. Damn I only went with PCG to fight the bullshit but I was delivered a shit sandwich. The issue is the labels, everything else looks good.

I should have just went with Beckett. Not going to send anything else to PCG until this is addressed publicly and they acknowledge the bullshit.

I just got these back from PCG! I didn't expect any of these cards to get a 10, but I wanted to grade them together. I don't know how true this is, but one of the employees at my LCS ​​​​​​​​​​​​ told me that these three cards go together even though they're from different sets. The card on the left is supposed to be the beginning of the fight, the card in the middle is supposed to be during the fight, and the card on the right is supposed to be after the fight. ​​​​​​​​​​​​Love these slabs! #PSASUX​

Just got my first order back, all cards I got in Japan for my PC, my Gon freecss card was clearly mislabeled, the cert number even goes back to a goku card. Also if anyone can help me understand how my bakugo card got a 6 for surface that would be great, from my understanding a 6 would mean very visible damage which I don’t see any.

First order came back, unfortunately the one player slab (metal) arrived damaged with a crack at the top and the label is crooked (see pics). It also has the old label that doesn't have any subgrades even though it's. 9.5. Has anyone had similar issues with the player slab (metal)?

The standard slabs all arrived with marks on the labels (see pics), are these normal marks from the production process? They seem maybe to be unintentional or damaged? These pictures are of the slabs after I took them out of the sleeve it comes in, so is not a mark on the sleeve. What are your experiences with this?
