Best way to sign up for Premiumize?

I'm interested in trying Premiumize, but the $11.99/month price is a little hard to swallow when I'm just trying the service for the first time.

What's the best/cheapest way to sign up? Does Premiumize ever offer special promotions, discount codes, Black Friday deals, or discounted yearly/multi-year plans?

If you've been using Premiumize for a while, when do the best deals normally come around? I'm wondering whether I should pay monthly now or wait for a promotion.

I'm looking into creating an account and trying it out, but I see no mentions of 2FA/MFA (TOTP or otherwise), passkeys, etc for accounts.

Can anyone confirm whether this is the case or does Premiumize offer anything like this?

Coming over from another service, just found out that the library is capped at 100 T. Just curious how others are handling this. I can start my lists from updating and start deleting from radarr and sonarr if needed.

I have a sub at the moment, could I buy any black Friday offers and stack them on my current sub?

Loading times aren't as good and stable as they used to be, and I'm experiencing slow loading issues more often. It wasn't like this before.

but in the privacy section i saw that actually they claim to log the IP

Soo, they actually keep track of your IP address or am i missing something?
