Thoughts on this filler arc?
I actually like the US West Coast Arc. They all have backstories on how tennis influenced their lives.
My favorite was Sanada and Atobe pretending to be dancing where they found a common ground to get along, it was hard for them because they are both leaders.
Sengoku and Bobby were funny. "I have to lose because of your judgement you sonova-" 😂
Kirihara finally had development, when he made the phantom ball where it avoids the player, because before he used to hurt people with it. But he has to be replaced since he got injured. And so that Ryoma can play.
The arc humbled Ryoma, he wasn't selected to play because Tezuka saw he lost fighting spirit, his game with Kevin was CINEMA!
Sad they aren't canon. This filler brought so much justice imo.
