Canadians do NOT shop at PP
As the title says, I recently ordered 2 tops at PP that I had tried on at their pop-up in LA a few weeks back. I usually don’t shop online anyways because I like to try on the clothing to make sure I know the quality, size and feel I’m purchasing. I figured since I tried on the clothes at the pop-up I should order online for it to be shipped directly to my house since they didn’t have the colour I wanted in my size at the pop up. (I tried on a diff colour at the store)
Anyways, to get free shipping I decided to add on a $33 shirt that was on sale come to find out I have to pay duties and customs. Fine, whatever it’s just once right? Well, the shirt came in and was miniature (even though I measured myself according to THEIR size chart) and I needed to return it to exchange the size.
Not only do you have to pay to return it which is INSANE. You have to ALSO pay duties TWICE to ship it back. This is literally so expensive to return I’ve paid for basically 3 shirts from the store just to return it???
I’m letting you guys know that Canada Post now forces you to download an app called Zonos to pay customs and duties and if you DONT ship it within 5 days of paying $50 in customs (yes $50) they just steal your money and void your payment 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻
Anyways; if you really want to purchase from this awful website, just make sure you’re ready to pay around $100+ just to recieve the item/return it. ☺️☺️☺️
