Sculpted in zbrush, printed in resin and painted in acrylics.
Finished painting Cloud from Final Fantasy VII. The model is from Nom Nom Figures, and overall I’m pretty happy with how Cloud himself turned out.
I tried to keep the colors fairly close to his classic look while still getting enough contrast in the dark clothing. The skin and hair were also good practice for me.
I’m still not pleased with the base. I think I went too intense with the white/gray highlights and it draws too much attention away from Cloud. I’m thinking about going back and toning it down.
Would love some feedback, especially on how you’d improve the base without completely repainting it.

I had a lot of fun painting her, especially working on the blue tones, the patterns on the fans and boots, and all the little details on the base. The contrast between the clean blue outfit and the fiery, chaotic base was probably my favorite part.
Everything was painted by hand — no airbrush.
Really happy with how she turned out! What do you think? Any feedback or constructive criticism is always welcome.

Took me a couple weeks (just an hour here and there whenever I could find the time) but Omni-Man is finally done! I definitely still need to work on my sanding and getting better orientations on my prints so parts fit better , but tbh, I mostly just wanted to prove to myself that I could actually finish something 😂 Pretty satisfied with how he turned out
Our first attempt at a REALLY realistic-style figure, whether we managed to capture the likeness is for you to decide 😉 But personally, we’re really happy with the result! 🙈
P.S. We’re honestly a little nervous and very curious to see what the Star Wars community thinks 😅 After all, this is an iconic character wearing the iconic bikini. There will probably be either a mountain of hate… or an equally impressive amount of praise. 😂

I'm not deeply into Marvel but a friend of mine asked me to print and paint a Dr Doom figure so I went ahead and started looking for a nice 3d model. ZEZ Studios made this awesome sculpt and I found it interesting to paint. So I fired up my Uniformation GK3Pro and started working. A week later, I was finished. Now I'll gift this 1/10 scale figure to my friend :) You like it?
