So I got prescribed Xocova by a MDLive doc, he sent the script, but Caremark wants PA. Contacted MDLive, they don’t do PA. Contacted Caremark, they effectively said if they don’t do PA, get another doc to do the PA. They did give me a PA number to give to the next doc.

Mostly reaching out to ask if finding someone else is pretty much my only option. I know my insurance covers minuteclinic. Would they be able to do PA if I try them next?

Edit: Tried looking into manufacturer’s coupons. Shiinogi only offer a co-pay savings program and a program if you are uninsured and below the poverty line.
