practice 1925 ex& focus on the movement of clicking twice in a row the same button, it can b confusing so take ur time

or Close and Open Demons and The Dead ex&ExEx if u have the dlc

MOVEMENT IN GENERAL

When there are new elements i tackle and i want to get down the movement of my fingers, i turn the game off and simply practice the movement on the controller - i analyse the element, decide how i want to execute it, and start by slowly memorizing the movement, then going faster, eventually trying in the game.

Also if there is a small parT in the chart you cant beat, try practice mode to save yourself from doing the whole chart every time (unless u like it

BURST STREAM CHANGE IN THE MIDDLE (XXXXYYYY)

practice luka luka night fever ExEx! Or start on charts that have very short streams that change, where u r able to count them, and remember for example - after 3 clicks i need to change. That helps teach your brain to read the element

XYBYX STREAMS

Again start by memorizing the movement without the game, remember how it feels. If u have the DLC id recommend practicing in Bring it On, if u dont have it, maybe practice black gold ExEx, blackjack ex, or suna no wakusei ex

FREQUANT&ERRATIC SIGN CHANGES (aaaxaaabbyyyx)

Start by picking charts with short changes you can count, memorize by counting and that gives you the feel on how to operate on larger more difficult scale. Id practice Remote Control ex or World is Mine ex, but if you have the dlc, Deep Sea City Underground ex & ExEx is much better to train

READING PAIRS

train slower charts, move up to World is Mine ex.

I recommend using zL ab zR wy L by R ax macros

READING TRIPLES

Memorize one or two ways you press them. Better to have a main way and an extra ones for cases when ur doing a hold or something and it might limit your time / movement to perform . Id suggest practicing on Bring it On ex for triples, if u dont have dlc ion remember anything else lmfao😭

DISSOLVED PAIRS (A AY Y AY A)

Start by practicing the feeling, i found it good to train senbonzakura and envy catwalk but those might be too difficult

I struggle reading them so I want a lot of them. No verticals because I can barely read triangles

I would really like to mod my game to get more modules and tracks and higher refresh rates, but I like to see myself on the leaderboards too. So I'm wondering if modding it removes the leaderboard functionality? I'm playing MM+ on steam.
