How to stop going to the bathroom multiple times every night
64 year old male, recently started going to the bathroom multiple times every night to pee. Constantly exhausted during the day because of lack of sleep. What has worked for you to reduce these nightly bathroom trips. note, have been to the doctor and he has prescribed multiple medication's which none of them seem to work and I do not have prostate cancer so just trying to reduce bathroom trips. I wanted to know what is worked for you guys.
