My fiancee proposed to me in the park overlooking the water in the afternoon, and then I proposed to her in the evening in front of our favorite museum. We got matching moissanite rings! Same just different sizes. We're in love with them.

Just celebrated a milestone birthday and decided to “gift” myself a toi et moi ring for my right hand. I worked with Lucy from Provence, who did an amazing job selecting the stones and getting the design right. She was wonderful to work with!!

I recently received my custom wedding ring set from Provence and I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. This was my very first time ordering from this company and my first time ever having custom jewelry made, so I was a little nervous going into the process. But working with Jason made everything feel easy, exciting, and stress-free from beginning to end.

The entire process took about a month and a half from creation to completion. I paid half upfront and the remaining balance once the ring was completed and I approved the final product. Every step felt professional, transparent, and well organized.

Jason was super understanding, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. His customer service was outstanding, and communication was quick. I felt heard throughout the entire process.

One thing I really appreciated was his honesty and expertise. I originally planned to go with a 2 carat stone, but after I told him my ring size, he suggested going with 3 carats instead. I am SO glad I trusted his recommendation because the final result is absolutely perfect and fits my hand beautifully.

The price was also so affordable for such an intentional and meaningful piece. I got exactly what I envisioned and I am beyond ecstatic with how everything turned out. Overall, I would rate my entire experience a 10/10 and I will absolutely be ordering from Provence again in the future.

Hi all, I received my pre shipment pendant video which is attached here. Could I get some opinions about how it looks? It looks off to me, specifically looks like indentations without any hills interspersed. Anyone else get their pre shipment videos?

UPDATE: Jane said she will reach out to production to see if these issues can be fixed!

Received pictures of the completed pendant. The back is giving me pause. The edge seems much thinner than the cad and I am worried it won’t lay comfortably on my skin. Am I being ridiculous? At first I couldn’t even differentiate where the edge was.
