please help me

Prune is my main DPS, and I use Cyno sometimes for the elemental reactions (and bursts). But my main team is Tighnari, Prune, Barbara (for the heal), and Fischl. I have Prune at lvl 60, and am farming enough for 90, though I'm having trouble with the Frostnight Herra, so I can't ascend her. Any tips on how to beat that? Also, what are the best artifact sets for her+where to find them (im on sumeru achron quest, but I've unlock every statue of the seven+ all of nod krai.)
Her talents are all lvl 4+. She has the elemental orb (I got her like two months in to my game, I think, and thats the only catalyst weapon I had.), thats at lvl.70, r5.

Someone help me with prune 'cause I kinda don't understand her kit a bit, but also I kinda do.

So, I have a C2 Prune. She has 3260 ATK and 3484 ATK with the resonance (she's on Varesa's weapon BTW, 674 base atk, 28% atk on the passive). So, we all know that she gives 50% dmg bonus at 4000 atk, but how do I know that I got the 50% dmg bonus? Her passive says that whenever I hit an opponent I get the tolling rally effect which that gives dmg bonus based on Prune's ATK minus 2000 multiplied by 0.0025%, in my case, 3484 - 2000 = 1484 x 0.025

that's equal to 37% dmg bonus, after using her burst alone tho, it got up to 3800, so that's 45% dmg buff, but in her witch's eve right talent, it gives her additional 90% ATK for 10 seconds (or 5 seconds idk) so my ATK went up to 4379 after triggering the passives. So from 3484 to 4379 with all the shenanigans. That overcaps right? cause you get the 50% dmg bonus cap once you reach 4000 ATK? right?? or I'm wrong in all of this and just build her with 4000 ATK after resonance just like nicole?

I didn't use my nicole here tho because she doesn't affect prunes' buff in any way, just durin's skill and burst, then Prune's skill and burst, then Varka's skill and normal attacks.

All of this is correct, right?
