Churrasco Pastellilo
When I was in PR, I had this amazing churrasco pastellilo. It was slow roasted pulled beef with white strips of cheese (not a cheese sauce). I would love to find the recipe again, but the churrasco pastellilos i see are all with ground beef. Any ideas as to what this is called?

Anybody live near Cieba ferry terminal who can go pick up some box office ferry tickets for me? They are sold out offline!
I need a round-trip ticket from Cieba to Vieques for the 13th of August, departing at 1:00 pm, and returning on the 15th at 3:30 pm. Unfortunately, there are only over 200 tickets available in the box office, none of which are online. If anyone can go pick them up, I would be more than happy to pay for their trouble. I would be incredibly grateful!

Also, if someone in that area wants to hang out after I am back from Vieques lmk! I’ll have a couple of hours to kill before my shuttle back!
