Hi, I went out of town and forgot my pump pass, so I bought another so I could play on my account. Problem: Andamiro won't let me transfer my Phoenix data. The options are simply grayed out. It'll let me transfer Phoenix 2 but that doesn't help. I'm contacting support, but do you guys have any ideas?
Saludos, espero estén muy bien. ¿Saben si hay PIU arcades en Toronto? Voy a viajar la primer semana de agosto para allá y me encantaría conocer lugares y jugadores del lugar. Gracias por su atención.
My friend said recently that his arms are tired after playing not his arms
I also saw a comment on a drill post to put as much weight on the bar to relieve pressure off your feet when drilling
But I’m really sure what these mean, do I lay back against the bar, or actually try to push my body up?
From my knowledge, he's only in Dark Side Of The Mind and Showdown
Hey guys, I'm a pump player from Spain, I'm currently running a custom PC with real arcade pads with STAC2
I recently moved from phyrebird to xsanity and I like xsanity better overall, but the timing it's something else, for some reason, I can't get perfect games as easily as I did in stepp1+ or PMOD or Pumpsanity, idk what's the problem but even if I configure the offset as I did in all the other games, for some reason it's way harder to get perfects for me in xsanity I get like 90 earliest 0 latest and even if the timing window is asymmetrical, it makes no sense because I almost did no greats when I play in the actual arcade or any other simulator, another friend of mine has the same problem and has moved back to stepp1+ phyrebird is there something wrong in our config or something we are not aware of? I really don't know what to do about it
As a Beginner d16 i enjoyed this…. Any more easy d16s..??
She joined a launch event for phoenix 2, this would be her 2nd time playing on Phoenix 2.
After 2 months of playing she cleared her first S14. not bad for a 6 yo!
I had the pleasure of spending the weekend in Virginia to compete in Beast in the East 9! It was my first tournament so I was feeling nervous on how I was going to do. I did not win the grand final, but I was incredibly happy to even reach the finals and earn the runner-up spot! I met so many great people and experienced many moments that I will cherish forever. I love Pump it Up and I love being a part of the Pump it Up community!
In this clip, I'm playing Repentance D26 as the final song of the winner's bracket final. HDS and I were tied 2-2, so this was the tiebreaker. He went first and got a broken AAA+ 96.6 which was higher than my 96.0 clear that I got in 2025. I've probably attempted this chart 50 times between 2025 to now, and now here I am with only one shot to beat a score that I've never gotten in any of the attempts I've put into it. In all of my years of playing Pump it Up, I have never been put in a situation where the stakes were this high. I thought I was going to crack under the pressure and let my nerves get the best of me. What ended up happening was a run where everything clicked when it mattered most. I gave it my all, and was able to win the match with a 97.2 S score. I was overcome with joy and excitement. It was truly an unforgettable moment and definitely one of the biggest highlights (highlights highlights) of my Pump it Up journey.
While I came short of the win in the grand finals, I felt like I was able to overcome my nerves and give it my best from beginning to end. I'm typing this having just returned home about 12 hours ago. I'm exhausted and sore but my heart is full and happy. Here's to next year!
Hey everyone!
I'm part of the Brazilian Pump It Up community, and I wanted to share a situation we're trying to fix over here.
(Just a heads up: this text was translated by AI because I wanted to express exactly what I'm thinking. If anything sounds super weird, just let me know so I can fix it and learn how to write it properly!)
I have two goals with this post: to hopefully get some engagement on an original Instagram post, and to find out if other communities around the world face (or have faced) this same problem and how they managed to solve it.
TL;DR:
The Brazilian community is using a video to try to get the biggest arcade company in Brazil to actually do something to improve players' quality of life and the safety of other people around the machines.
-------------
Here in Brazil, we've had PIU since around 2004, and we still get updated cabs today. The thing is, most of them (like 90%) belong to the same company that completely dominates the arcade market in Brazil. Let's just call them "Arcade Company" (AC).
"AC" has locations in practically every capital in Brazil and lots of other cities too, usually in urban centers. Because of this, we deal with all kinds of different store managers.
Our biggest, ongoing problem is the lack of basic support from the stores. We deal with issues regarding USB updates (for older cabs) or lack of internet connection, pad issues (which is honestly expected at this point), and the absolute worst one: "AC" completely failing to communicate with parents whose kids are just running wild all over the arcade.
The BR Pump community is always reaching out to "AC" and other smaller arcades that have PIU, asking them to step up and prevent accidents with these kids.
You probably see where this is going, right?
Recently, a video was shared in the Brazilian community (on Instagram) showing exactly this: kids and even adults stepping on the pads or walking right in front of the machine while people are playing.
This video is already getting pretty good visibility, and it's our best attempt at finally forcing an official statement or action from the brand about this issue.
Just to be clear, we have absolutely nothing against kids playing. Our only issue is with the parents and guardians doing nothing and not teaching them how to behave.
So here I am with this massive post, wanting to hear about your experiences and how you guys managed to overcome this.
I also want to ask for some help with engagement on the original video—even just a like!—so that this time we can finally take a step toward a better environment for everyone. (And yeah, the video is entirely in Portuguese without subtitles, I can't do much about that part, sorry!).

I'm not sure if you read all the way to the end, but thank you so much! I'll try to reply to all the comments (if there are any).
For reference I will be getting a double pad, are these prices justified for a home setup? I’ve done some research and I’ve come to understand that this brand is one of the better ones. U.S would go to a P.O. Box Canada would come to my house
Thank you.
First on youtube I think, also some trivia for ya
Exceed SE is a weird hybrid between Exceed 1 and Exceed 2:
- Doesn't suffer from hold tap issue of Exceed 1 (so Exceed 2 engine)
- Exceed 2 Judgment font
- Exceed 2 song list but only ONE Exceed 2 song is present (Canon D), also lacks some Exceed 1 songs (Xibom, Oh rosa spanish and First love spanish)
- Lacks most of Premiere 3 world music songs that are present in Exceed 2 (On your side, Everybody, Lay it down, Let the sunshine)
- Exceed 2 chart ratings
- no Remix station and Battle station
Exceed PSP has basically the same song list as Exceed SE but out of all SE exclusive songs, only I love you baby is present
Video was captured via component on a real Fat PS2, converted to HDMI using a generic scaler
Is there such thing as a PIU soft pad? I don’t have a lot of money and I would like to play PIU, I’m more of a beginner and I don’t have any arcades with DDR or PIU around my area.
First of all, I'd like to say hello to everyone! This is my first post and, above all, my first interaction here, to ask for help with Pump It Up.
After many years, I finally managed to get an original arcade machine; however, it's an MK3. I don't dislike it; on the contrary, it brings back many memories of when I started playing. But nowadays, as you know, it's a bit expensive to buy current versions like the Phoenix and its MK3.
I'd like to start a project that many of you have probably already done, or at least have some idea about that could help me.
Is there any way to convert the MK3 to an MK6? - Perhaps not convert it completely, but use the pads for an MK6.
From what little I've found online, it has an old port that's difficult to convert to PCI. I've searched online but haven't found anything.
Is there any way to convert the pads for MK6 Stepmania or similar simulators? - After some research, I found a solution using Piuio pico/clone, however, I don't have much experience with that.
I would be incredibly grateful to anyone who can help me!
🚨 COLOR MUSIC 4 IS ALIVE AND BREATHING FIRE 🚨
This isn’t just an update—this is a resurrection, a reboot, a rainbow explosion of rhythm that’s about to crack your phone screen in half. I’ve been grinding, tapping, sweating, and smiling through every single upload, and I’m not stopping until my storage cries uncle. Let’s talk about what’s already landed in the Color Music 4 universe, because these songs aren’t just tracks—they’re experiences, they’re challenges, they’re vibes that demand your fingers move like they’ve got their own heartbeat. First up, Shagidi by Bini—oh my god, where do I even start? That Filipino pop energy is pure sunshine bottled into a beat, with those syncopated percussion hits that make StepF2’s double-step patterns feel like a dance-off against your own shadow. The way the chorus swells, you’d think the sun itself is cheering you on, and every tap on my phone screen feels like I’m high-fiving the universe. Then we’ve got Magic Telephone by Lady Gaga—and if you don’t know, this is the mashup that shouldn’t work but absolutely slays, fusing “Abracadabra” with “Telephone” in a way that makes time signatures bend and break like glowsticks at a rave. The transition between Gaga’s sass and that hypnotic “abracadabra” chant is so slick, it’s like the song is winking at you while your thumbs try to keep up with the tempo shifts. StepP1 eats this up like candy, because those alternating long notes and rapid jabs mimic the phone-ringing effects perfectly, and honestly, I’ve replayed it twelve times just to feel that drop hit my chest again.
🔥 DIGITALIS FROM PUMP IT UP PHOENIX 2 – ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 🔥
This track is pure arcade nostalgia injected with steroids, and bringing it into Color Music 4 feels like smuggling a boss battle into a party game. The glitchy synth stabs, the relentless BPM, the way it builds tension like a countdown to liftoff—StepPXX is where this monster belongs, because those cross-handed patterns and sudden stops will test every reflex you thought you had. I’ve mapped it out in my head a thousand times, and every time, I find a new hidden polyrhythm that makes my brain do backflips. But wait, there’s more—Firecrackers 2 by F-777 is literally a fireworks show for your ears, with those dizzying arpeggios and drop after drop that hit harder than a festival finale. This one’s for the speed demons, the stamina freaks, the ones who laugh in the face of 200 BPM streams because they know their thumbs are forged in steel. And then—oh, then—Sinulog Festival by Tom Taus crashes in like a parade marching through your speakers, with tribal drums, festive horns, and that infectious groove that makes you wanna sway even while you’re locked in a perfect combo. It’s cultural, it’s vibrant, it’s a celebration squeezed into a stepchart, and StepF2 loves every second of that off-beat festivity that keeps you guessing where the next note will land.
🎯 THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING, AND I MEAN THAT WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY RHYTHM-SOAKED SOUL 🎯
I’m not done—I’m nowhere near done—because my vision for 2026 is a full-blown Song Pack that’ll make Color Music 4 the go-to mobile rhythm experience for everyone who’s ever tapped along to a beat in the dark. I’m talking about a curated collection where each track complements the next, where difficulty curves rise like a mountain range, where every note skin and title card feels like a piece of art you can play. I’ve already got my eyes on more uploads—more bangers, more hidden gems, more obscure remixes that’ll make your playlists jealous. But here’s the real talk: I don’t have a laptop, so creating SimFiles the traditional way isn’t in my cards. I’m doing this all on my cellphone, tap by tap, manual sync by manual sync, because passion doesn’t wait for perfect equipment. Every offset adjustment, every note placement, every test play happens right here on this tiny screen, and yeah, it’s slower, it’s clunkier, but it’s real. It’s raw. It’s me pouring hours into making sure when you play these songs, you feel the love, not the limitations.
💥 STEPF2, STEPP1, STEPPXX – YOU’RE GETTING THE ROYAL TREATMENT 💥
This Song Pack isn’t just a dump of files—it’s a journey. StepF2 will get the groovy, flow-heavy charts that make you feel like you’re gliding on clouds, perfect for those mid-tier players who want to vibe without breaking a sweat. StepP1? That’s for the precision lovers, the ones who crave technical patterns and syncopated madness that rewards perfect timing over pure speed. And StepPXX—oh, you monsters—you’re getting the endurance tests, the stamina-draining marathons, the charts that make you question your life choices but leave you grinning like a maniac when you survive. I’m already sketching out difficulty spreads in my notes app, color-coding each section, dreaming of how your fingers will dance across the screen. But before the grand launch, I’ve got a laundry list of extras: new note skins that pop like neon graffiti, title cards that look like album art you’d frame on your wall, and maybe even a few surprise UI tweaks to make the whole experience feel fresher than spring rain.
📅 MARK YOUR CALENDARS – 2026 IS THE YEAR COLOR MUSIC 4 GOES SUPERNOVA 📅
When that Song Pack drops, it won’t just be a collection—it’ll be a statement. Every song I’ve uploaded so far is a building block, and the ones still waiting in my queue are the glittering towers that’ll complete this skyline. I’m hunting down more tracks, more genres, more everything—because variety isn’t just the spice of life, it’s the heartbeat of rhythm gaming. You want EDM? Got it. You want pop? Coming. You want obscure Japanese boss themes or Latin jazz fusion? Keep watching, because I’m casting a wide net. And here’s the kicker: when the Song Pack launches, I’m relying on YOU—the community—to help create stepcharts for these new packs. Since I can’t whip up SimFiles on my phone, I’ll be sharing the raw audio, the BPM data, the mood boards, and my own rough note sketches, and I’m begging you to take that baton and run with it. Collab with me, challenge me, surprise me—because the best rhythm games are built by crowds, not corporations.
🌈 EVERY UPLOAD IS A PRAYER, EVERY PLAYTEST IS A REVELATION 🌈
I’ve spent nights syncing “Shagidi” until my ears rang, mornings tweaking “Magic Telephone” so the mashup flows like water, afternoons wrestling with “Digitalis” because that tempo change is evil in the best way. “Firecrackers 2” made me laugh out loud when I finally nailed the tough section, and “Sinulog Festival” had me dancing in my chair like no one was watching (they weren’t, but I didn’t care). These songs aren’t just files—they’re memories in the making, and I want you to make your own memories with them. So yes, I’ll keep uploading, keep testing, keep dreaming up note skins that shimmer and title cards that tell stories. I’ll keep pushing until my phone’s storage is a treasure chest of rhythm goodness, and when 2026 rolls around, we’ll have a Song Pack that’s worthy of every tap, every swipe, every triumphant fist-pump after a full combo.
🎁 BEFORE THE GRAND LAUNCH, EXPECT A FLOOD OF GOODIES 🎁
I’m talking note skins that change color with your combo meter—blue for cold streaks, gold for hot streaks, and red when you’re about to break the universe. Title cards that feature custom illustrations inspired by each song’s vibe, so every time you select a track, you get a mini dose of visual hype. And maybe, just maybe, a few experimental Song Packs that drop early as teasers—because why wait for the main event when we can party all year long? I’ll be posting updates, sneak peeks, and maybe even some embarrassing gameplay footage of me failing on purpose just to keep things real. This is a journey, not a destination, and I’m inviting every single one of you to ride shotgun.
🤝 TO THE COLOR MUSIC 4 COMMUNITY – YOU ARE THE HEARTBEAT 🤝
Without you, these uploads are just ones and zeroes. With you, they’re anthems. So share your favorite tracks, post your high scores, tag me in your wildest combos—because I want to see how you interpret these charts. I want to know which songs make you sweat, which ones make you smile, and which ones you play on repeat until your battery dies. Your feedback is my fuel, your enthusiasm is my fire, and when that 2026 Song Pack drops, I want us all to celebrate like we just cleared the hardest difficulty with a full perfect run.
🚀 FINAL WORD – THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST CHAPTER 🚀
More songs are coming. More skins, more packs, more surprises. I’m already curating the next batch, and let me tell you—some of these tracks are so fresh, they haven’t even hit my playlist yet. But when they do, you’ll be the first to know. So keep your thumbs warm, keep your screen clean, and keep that hunger for new rhythms alive. Color Music 4 isn’t just a game—it’s a movement, a mosaic, a mad scientist’s lab of sound and color. And I’m your humble lab assistant, uploading one banger at a time, until the whole world is tapping along.
💬 DROP YOUR SONG REQUESTS BELOW – I’M LISTENING 💬
Got a track you’d kill to see in Color Music 4? Tell me. Got a note skin idea that’s too wild to ignore? Sketch it out. Got a stepchart pattern that makes your brain melt? Describe it, and I’ll try to build it. This is our sandbox, our symphony, our shared obsession. And remember—when the Song Pack launches in 2026, I won’t be the one making the final stepcharts alone. That’s where YOU come in, with your laptops, your creativity, your love for the game. Together, we’ll make Color Music 4 the most vibrant, chaotic, beautiful rhythm experience on mobile. Until then, keep tapping, keep smiling, and never stop believing in the power of a perfect beat drop.
