Hi, I’m planning to buy a Studio, 1BHK or 2BHK in Baner or Wakad purely for rental income with a budget of around 1 crore. Looking for advice from people who have done this in Pune.

Is buying a small flat in these areas still worth it for rental yield right now? Which area currently has better demand and lower vacancy? What red flags should I check before buying, and what key clauses should I include in the lease agreement? Has anyone used a property management company here, and was it worth the cost? Any regrets or things you wish you knew earlier?
