That isn't my photo! I can't find any pictures of the exact thing I mean😭 I made it to be a square pouch/small bag that can clip into my belt. I saw a ad for a 'survival kit ' and that's fuiled this idea. I've already made the actual bag and painted the album cover (second slide. Pins n Needles 2024 album). i just need ideas what to go in? I’ll use it when im out and about or at gigs.

I started when I was 14 , and just discovered bands like dog park dissidents and pansy division . I taught Myslef to sew while making this jacket so the sewing , I know is bad and a few of the earlier patches were free-handed cause I couldn’t find a way to make a good stencil.

so I’m planning on remaking one or two and taking off the she/her/hers patch’s since I don’t listen to them anymore.

i‘m thinking of adding studs to the shoulders , do you guys think it would create any issues ?

so as the title suggests, i wanna make my first few patches and wanted some input by elders of the community/lit anyone with a patch jacket / battle vest.

will these do for starting off or should i find better ideas? (first post btw)

I got the studs from Etsy and StudsandSpikes, for the clasps I just took apart some necklaces, the material is canvas (I think) and I got it as a gift (not sure where it was originally bought) / from the fabric section in thrift stores. I used pliers to open the chain loops, and a puncture tool to poke holes for the spikes. (Plus, obviously, scissors and a ruler and all that stuff haha)

For some reason, I was just hit with a random motivation to use up all my materials and make as many bracelets as possible🤙 I hope this place is the right corner of Reddit to post these. I’d love to hear which ones are the best! Feel free to take inspiration or do whatever with this. I just wanted to show some rad creations for my first post.
