Anybody have a good suggestion for a button panel or some other non-touchscreen control interface that could be installed in an idf or security desk to just give some slight control but not $2500+ for a screen or an iPad that is still overkill

I'm working at a school and we have an automatic warning system that sends an email when an event occurs (for example, a rain warning).
I would like to make this work:
Automatic system → Gmail → Q-SYS Core → Play audio announcement
Ideally, when a specific email arrives (based on the sender or subject), it would send an HTTP/webhook signal to the Q-SYS Core. The Q-SYS Lua script would then detect the signal and trigger a pre-recorded audio message through our PA system.
Has anyone done something similar or know of a plugin/integration that can do this?

Right now currently we have just standard presets made through CueServer and they are recalled through Qsys. I want to do more but not sure if I can….
Can I get a color wheel on Qsys and select colors that way?

Clients need four TVs for an event; is there a plug in for eighter brand in QSYS?
I was trying to look some stuff up tonight and got this message. It 100% seems like malware asking me to run some arbitrary program on my computer to prove I'm human.
I tried opening a case on the website to send them this, but I got the same message. No way I'm following those instructions. The code it wants me to paste downloads a program from a random website (NOT QSC) and executes it.
Is/Has anyone seen this behavior? It's very odd because it says it's a valid signed qsys.com certificate.
I'm curious what profile does everyone default to for the M4250's?
I have been using "Video NDI5/6 with Dante, Q-SYS or AES67 audio" but curious if people found that one of the others was better. I get occasional clock issues and starting to go down the line and checking my network settings first or if I should start the path of a custom profile.
My needs are QLAN for control/video/audio + Dante (Shure) + Visionary in some spaces.
So I have an idiot friend who sold a teams room from memory. it's half of one room and half of another room i designed.
a typical logitech rally room for one half.
a typical qsys teams room for the other half.
of course he forgot the mtr pc, because the rally is an appliance... lol.
He wants me to figure out what can blend. Customer thinks the rally plus is sexy, and likes the byod features of the swytch.
the qsys bit is a couple overhead pendant speakers and 2 senny tccm running off a core flex 8.
so I'm designing around idiocy and getting up to speed. couple issues i haven't run into before:
adding an nv-21-hu for byod. but i haven't used one and would like reassurance about the smooveness of a laptop plugging in being mostly samesies as a swytch.
nc-90-g2 for camera? but the rally is just sitting there. what if i just usb-c the rally straight to the mtr pc and it self manages? would that work well with the nv-21 sitch? any problems re:uci?
what's your favorite way to get usb c over a distance for logi fam? i like the strong cables. others?
i'll call the farm for a qa sesh if needed, sure. but I'm mostly looking for field nerd opinions.
So, I have a Shure MXWAPXD2 sending audio to a Core 8 Flex using AES67. It takes 4 channels and works just fine. No issues. Similar smaller system using an NV-32-H in core mode with streaming. I cannot get the audio flowing. Same channel count, same settings set in Dante Controller. It always says “channel count mismatch” and won’t go active. I’m using 10.4 on the QSC side and the same firmware on the two Shure devices. Isolated network with a Netgear switch on each separate room. Any ideas? There doesn’t seem to be much I can change on the RX side in QSC. I have Sennheiser ceiling mics working just fine on AES67 in both rooms.
I was recently on the phone with QSYS going over some issues with the matrix mixer block.
The issues happen when the mixer gets large enough to want to use input/output banks to save space when opening the block.
But when we called QSYS support the response from them was that's how the block is going to be because its a legacy block and will never be updated.
Is there something I'm missing in QSYS that i don't understand? because the Matrix Mixer Block is something i use a ton! am i supposed to be using something else?

For those wondering what issues i have been having its that when the matrix mixer is larger than a 32 in or out, designer doesn't see it as usable with a snapshot. and if you switch input banks in the block then the gains change to the inputs on the different bank instead of the one i had there origionally.
Hey all, trying to add some NL-SB42 speakers into my museum and I'm having some trouble getting them to show up in QSYS. When I load my code it shows that the speaker is Missing and when I go to Configurator it only shows the Core610. I don't understand why the peripherals are not showing up. We have lots of QSYS devices in the museum and I can see them talking to the Core in the core manager web interface. As a note, the speaker is plugged into a switch that is part of a stack which goes back to the Core switch, which then goes into the qsys core.
Also, I would just configure the device directly, but the NL-SB42 sound bar doesn't have an IP address. Is there any way to set this up? do I need to plug the speaker directly into the Core's QLAN port for it to work? I'm just confused and there isn't much documentation that helps with this.
