I have tried posting about this before, but my previous posts were removed because they sounded too much like a business advertisement. So I wanted to phrase this more clearly and genuinely.

I am an engineer based in Qatar, and for the past 3 years I have been helping people with different types of modification, maintenance, and renovation works on a part-time basis. What started with helping friends, colleagues, and family has slowly grown, and I have been able to assist many clients with practical and budget-friendly renovation solutions.

The type of works I usually help with include:
Cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen modifications, bathroom renovations, shower glass partitions, marble and countertop works, wooden shelves, wall cladding, painting, tiling, plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, general repairs, and all types of small or full renovation works for apartments, villas, and offices.

From my experience, renovation in Qatar does not always need to be extremely expensive. With proper planning, correct measurements, suitable materials, and reliable workers, a lot can be achieved within a reasonable budget.
I have also started documenting my completed projects properly, including before/after photos and videos. Some examples are attached here, and more can be shared if needed.

What kind of renovation, maintenance, or modification works do you usually find difficult, overpriced, or unreliable in Qatar?

For anyone who has recently done work in their apartment, villa, or office, what issues did you face with pricing, quality, or coordination?

Happy to share advice, previous work examples, and general guidance with anyone who is planning a renovation or maintenance work.
