Quicksilver builds Speed Meter by successfully landing attacks with Speed Fists.
As the Speed Meter fills, Quicksilver progressively becomes faster, increasing his:

25%: Slightly increased movement and attack speed
50%: Moderately increased movement and attack speed
75%: Greatly increased movement and attack speed
100%: Maximum movement and attack speed
At maximum Speed Meter:
Speed Blitz’s cooldown regenerates 2× faster
Momentum Decay
After 5 seconds without successfully attacking an enemy, Quicksilver’s Speed Meter begins to decrease at a moderate rate.
Successfully landing an attack immediately stops the meter from decreasing and allows Quicksilver to continue building momentum.

Quicksilver unleashes a rapid succession of close-range punches.
Successfully landing punches builds his Speed Meter, causing him to progressively become faster.

ABILITY 1 — BULLET CATCH
Quicksilver slows his movements and enters an enhanced state of perception, allowing him to catch incoming projectiles.
Duration: 10s
Cooldown: 10s
Single-fire projectiles: 100% catch rate
Spread projectiles: 50% catch rate
Successfully caught projectiles deal no damage
Quicksilver cannot attack while Bullet Catch is active
Can be canceled at any time
Cooldown Adjustment
If Quicksilver cancels Bullet Catch early, the cooldown is reduced based on how long the ability was active.
Example: If the ability is active for 4 seconds before being canceled, the cooldown becomes 6 seconds.

ABILITY 2 — QUICK DODGE
Quicksilver slows his movements and focuses entirely on evading incoming melee attacks.
Duration: 10s
Cooldown: 10s
Single-target punches: 100% dodge rate
Rapid punches: 70% dodge rate
Attacks capable of damaging multiple enemies simultaneously cannot be dodged
Quicksilver cannot attack while Quick Dodge is active
Can be canceled at any time

ABILITY 3 — SPEED BLITZ
Quicksilver stops and prepares to accelerate. He selects a destination before launching himself toward it at incredible speed.
During the run, allies and enemies are revealed on the map.
Enemies Quicksilver passes through become Blitzed.

Upon reaching his destination, Quicksilver also creates a burst of speed that Blitzes up to two nearby enemies for 2 seconds.

Quicksilver rapidly dashes toward an enemy and tackles them.
Deals moderate damage

Quicksilver accelerates to incredible speed and races around the globe before returning to the battlefield behind his opponents.
Upon his return, Quicksilver unleashes a devastating attack that strikes every enemy in his path, dealing massive damage and applying Blitzed.

Quicksilver has never really had his own "exclusive" villain in basically his entire history, but who could realistically become his own archenemy?

You could always go the simple route and say that Magneto is his archenemy. But that seems too simple and I honestly can't see much more story potential with that.

There are some other options. High Evolutionary could be cool, since even ignoring the dumb "Pietro isn't Magneto's son" retcon, they have a massive history together. He fought The Acolytes when they took Luna during the Bloodties event. Due to his Inhuman's adjacent status he fights Maximus quite a bit as well.

I've always been an advocate for Graviton and Whirlwind to be made some of Quicksilver's villains, but I don't know whether they are capable of becoming his true archenemy. What do yall think
