Timestamp Traxxas Rally VXL

Waiting for funds Traxxas Rally VXL : Original owner.  This is the original version to the current 1/10 scale Ford Fiesta ST Rally VXL. Probably used a dozen times over the years. When it was used it was definitely driven how a Rally RC car was meant to be. So it will have it scrapes, dents, and dings. I gave it a close inspection and don't think anything is bent or cracked. Still working great. Comes with remote, extra pinion gear, two 8.4V NiMH batteries, 1 AC & 2 car slow chargers, and random odds and ends that originally came with it. Only selling bc I want to pick up a more portable Traxxas mini XRT VXL. I’ve recently inherited what I believe is a DeAgostini/Kyosho Red Bull Racing RB7 1:7 nitro RC car.
A family member started building it around 10 years ago, then lost interest and it ended up boxed away in a garage. I’ve now been given it, but I know absolutely nothing about nitro RC cars.

I haven’t tried to start it or test it because I’d rather not risk damaging anything. My plan is to sell it honestly as untested.

From what I can see, it includes:
Kyosho GX-21 nitro engine
Kyosho KT-200 2.4GHz transmitter (boxed)
Painted Red Bull body shell
Nose cone
Front and rear wings
Driver figure/helmet
Spare clear body shell
Spare fuel tank (still sealed)
Spare wheel/tyre

Multiple unopened DeAgostini/Kyosho issue packs with genuine parts

A few questions:
Does it look complete, or can anyone spot anything obvious that’s missing?
Am I missing any of the items needed to run it? I don’t appear to have an AC charger, glow starter or a receiver battery, but I honestly don’t know whether those were originally included or are normally purchased separately.
What would you realistically expect this to sell for in its current untested condition?

Would you sell it exactly as it is, or would you recommend doing anything before selling?

A couple weeks back I posted about a site I've been building for us RC folks, I wanted to say thanks and show what came out of your feedback

First post blew up way more than I expected, and a bunch of you left suggestions that were honestly better than what I'd planned. I've spent the last week and a half just building those out. Quick rundown of what's new:

• Garages - You can post your whole collection, car by car, with photos and specs. Browse other people's too. Started as a marketplace but a lot of you just wanted somewhere to show off the fleet, so now that's the heart of it.
• Wanted posts - can't find it in the listings? Put up what you're hunting for and let people come to you.
• Painters - custom body painters can show off their work and take requests. Handles quotes, payment, shipping, and progress pics so the buyer can watch it come together.
• Events & Places - find local tracks, bash spots, and meetups, or post your own.

It's free, no app, and I'm a solo dev so it's a work in progress...but it's a lot further along thanks to you all.
