How do I increase my ammo capacity?

I bought the increase revolver ammo thing from the fence, but the pamphlet isn't there in my satchel, nor am I able to carry more than 200 revolver rounds.

RDR2 /Crimson Desert

I have never played RDR2 and just finished crimson desert after about 260 hours. I obviously hear how great of a game RDR2 is..my question is if I like CD will I like RDR2? I started it and it seemed slow and I’m bummed it doesn’t have a ps5pro patch yet as the graphics are previous gen.
