I need your help. I’ve had an RG 477m for a few days now and I’m very happy with it. Unfortunately, some games don’t run optimally. What settings do you use for nethersx2, Dolphin, Duckstation, and m64plus fz pro? Thanks so much for your help :)

Anyone had any luck with X1 box or anything like that? Would love to play Halo along with a few other games but I don’t really wanna go through the set-up process just to discover it was a waste of time.
How is everyone enjoying their 477M? Is this a one and done device for most retro enthusiasts? Anyone use this with an external monitor or XR glasses? Probably won’t mess with it but how is the steam game compatibility? For example Everything is Crab?
As the title says. If you're someone who has done stuff like this and are known in the scene, I'm happy to work with you. I want a custom device. I love the screen, I love the size, I love the weight of the 476H. I just don't love the processor. But at the same time I love the processor of the 477M. I honestly think there should be a way to make this work with some custom firmware like a Gamma OS variant
I'm a commercial driver for a recycle company and sometimes there's long waits to dump materials so this has been awesome having! (MH4u on 3DS via azahar works beautifully)
Just received mine 5 minutes ago and noticed the scratch and the metal is showing where the volume + button is😭. Would this bother you?
Hi all, slowly preparing morally and financially to get a proper handheld and 477m seems like a best option.
So, what are the real differences between 8 and 12gb versions (please don't write 4gb) in terms of emulation for ps2/switch/etc?
Or, maybe you can tell me why I shouldn't get one and what I should get instead?
I was playing Pikmin on the GC, and took a break, came back fired her up and this screen greeted me, how weird is that? It’s frozen, the home button doesn’t work, not input works.
Has anyone seen this before?
I’m trying to get GT4 working but the spinner turns red on the initial loading screen (after the opening video). After an investigation the spinner turning red signifies a “disc read error”, so I’m not really sure how to fix this.
- Rom is good (NTSC) from Vims
- Emulator: NethersX2
- OS: GammaOS Next
I’ve played with settings in NethersX2 but nothing seems to get past this step. Has anyone else got Gran Turismo 4 working on this device?

I just got it today!!! Incredibly excited but unfortunately I can't figure out how to get all the games that I want. I got the preload sd card and it doesn't have any of the games I actually want. I tried using all the apps that came with it and it won't let me download. Am I just stupid or something? I'm willing to pay someone who would give me advice on this
Hi so as someone who has a 477m i really like the better button mod but it costs $30 almost $40 shipped and i am broke at the moment so i wanted to see if there was a cheaper alternative. A guy on thingiverse has attempted some bumper/trigger combo that comes in two variants i went with the shorter R1 bumpers. The print isnt the quality of the better button mod but it works nicely, has options, and gets the job done. I recommend using the bigger r1 and l1 if you have bigger fingers as the bumpers do tend to feel small. With orange case the top bumpers are harder to press due to smaller size ones i used. i will probably be installing the bigger ones later. I didnt want to force the device inside the original clear tpu case to test the fit because it isnt as soft of a material as the orange printed one or the aliexpress black/clear one.

Hi- I’m trying to play Zelda on the 3ds via the Citra emulator but it seems like the screen is showing the 3ds handheld on it.
I tried to change it to full screen which makes it a tad better but still shows the 3ds handheld graphic on it.
Anybody know what I’m doing wrong in the settings? This is for the Thank you!
I have a question regarding the battery information in GammaOS, it says the maximum capacity is 2946mAh, shouldn't it be 5300mAh, is this a false read, or should I send my device back?
just got my device today and it’s awesome. it’s taking me a bit to figure out how to best optimize it as a complete beginner to handhelds. any advice appreciated, also looking for front end recs!
I had purchased this device last 5/6, installed some games and usual emulators and roms, played some games then suddenly it hanged. Tried hard reset then welcomed me with the anbernic logo and stayed like that, I realized it bootlooped. Searched some topic for solution and tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery still the same result ending up breaking the battery connection plate and disconnecting the fan. Wasted $400 (nt$11910) within 4-5 hours of usage for nearly a year of savings, very very disappointing and depressing. I cannot refund my purchase because i dont have a bank account (taiwan shoppee refund requirement). This is the 2nd anbernic device I had purchased, first was the rg505, it had problems but it fixes by reconnecting and disconnecting the battery then sold it right way. No doubt an excellent device especially for 4:3 games, enjoyed a very short time with it but never again Anbernic....
