Hey guys,
Long story short I shipped myself on R1T over 3 years ago to the US Virgin Islands. I was aware I was leaving the dealer zone and that was the point. Advance the community confidence in EVs. It stopped taking updates almost immediately. I assumed because it was out of the contiguous 48 region. But it never was an issue. Never a single issue with the truck until the 12v went. Went to mega limp mode. That was a bit of a fiasco but I got some replacement batteries and swapped it out myself. What a job. The 12v light never went away but it went back to driving just fine. That was a few months ago. However lately the projected range has been declining. Faster and faster. Until yesterday it hit zero.
It’s plugged in at my office. We’ve tried over the air software updates (they won’t take) but I don’t think I’ve found the right person at Rivian to help figure this out.
Is there a tech out there I can fly down to the islands? Expenses paid. Best guess is the projected range is because of the updates being years behind.
They keep telling me to send it to Miami- but now that it’s a zero range dead heavy truck I don’t even know if I can get the shipping boats to take it or how I’d do that.
Help:) any and all advice. Preferably someone from Rivian who loves a challenge and maybe a vacation.

Google options GEX is really positive, the largest open interest is at $375 strike, so potential for a move upwards is there.
