Western Dungeons and Dragons 5e

Mainstream 5e does have some content relating to old west themed D&D, but it lacks depth, world building, and rules/mechanics. I am the Dungeon Master for my weekly D&D group. I also write Dungeons and Dragons content, especially adventures. What started as a hobby soon turned into a business and I sell my writing online. A couple of my players approached me with the idea of playing a Western geared version of 5e. I was soon obsessed. The result over a year later is called Old West: The Scorched Badlands. I created a whole world called the Scorched Badlands for campaigns to take place. I populated the world with towns that are peopled with developed NPCs and locations. I created old west relevant equipment and weapons, western themed monsters, unique old west flavored magic items, and then I wrote 6 full western adventures for my squad to play. The end result is a 500 page manuscript that is a comprehensive western universe. I created new rules and mechanics to support this endeavor. My playing group was enthusiastic participants, and we played all 6 adventures. It was a resounding success, we had a grand time. Cowboys and magic, what could be better? Should I shoot them with a Colt Peacemaker or throw a fireball? I am really proud of this world and all the intricate content it encompasses. I sell the book on my website www.theblindgoblin.store for $7.99, which is a steal considering the sheer amount of content. But I am willing to give the world away to anyone who emails me. I am willing to do this, first because I really want to share it with others, and secondly, so I can get you to investigate my online store and my large and unique assortment of role playing merchandise. I will also periodically email you with news and offers. If you are interested please email me at ed@shattogaming.com. Thanks for your interest.
