So I am 25f into the ras preparation seriously since 3 months but my momentum keeps on breaking because of the constant anxiety that I have started late that too with a science background.

Because of the multiple failures sometimes due to my wrong decisions sometimes miscellaneous situations have developed such great fear in me that I am not able to reach my potential even after being good in academics all throughout.

Would be very grateful if anyone could help me out in their study break.

20-year-old graduate from a science background, planning to prepare for RAS. Confused between offline coaching and online preparation. Experienced aspirants, what would you suggest? What are the pros and cons of both?
