Are the id cards distributed by the college or do we have to take a printout to appear for the sem exams ?? If they have been distributed, where can I collect itt 😭😭🙏🏻

I am a very social bakchod person very funny and I spoke to tons of people in hopes to make good friends. Like geniune hangoutable friends. Turns out I have asked seniors and many people everyone says the crowd is pathetic shit people no college group no clg life nothing. I'm really scared I kind of have 2 good friends but I'm not happy I want a group I want to have friends who are focused bakchod like me. It's not even like I'm lame I'm kinda cool too. I'm geniunely considering changing colleges cuz of the shit asf crowd. I'm in a new course but yeah I've used up all my cards I'm tired.
