What’s this value?

I bought this Rado timepiece in 1997- sadly don’t wear it anymore. Although, I never met anyone who had the same one.

Negotiated a Rado Green Horse down to €145 — but now I’m paranoid it’s too good to be true

Hey everyone,
I think I may have just picked up the best vintage watch deal I’ve found so far… but since I’m pretty new to collecting vintage pieces, I’d love to hear what you guys think.
A few days ago I came across a Rado Green Horse (ref. 6620.2) on Vinted. It was listed for €220, I sent an offer, and we settled at €145. According to the seller, it had already been serviced and it’s running an ETA 2776 movement.
To be honest… when I bought it, part of me was thinking that it was too good to be true.😂
Before buying it, I’d spent weeks looking at vintage Omegas, Longines, Midos… Amazing watches, but prices have gone too high and I was looking for something between 100-200€. What amazed me is after looking more than 100 quartz vintage pieces in this price point this Rado popped up and, I don’t know… something about it just clicked.
The champagne dial is amazing. Nothing flashy, just classy. The steel and gold case looks incredibly well balanced. It has something unique that just made me feel that I needed to get it.
One thing I really liked is that it doesn’t look over-restored. No refinished dial, no polished case… just honest wear. A few scratches and a nice bit of patina, the original acrylic crystal has been polished and what seems to be the original green leather strap that’s definitely seen some years but still has plenty of character.
As for the movement, from everything I’ve read the ETA 2776 has a great reputation. Twenty-five jewels, automatic with a bi-directional rotor, Swiss-made, reliable… basically one of those movements you service every now and then and it just keeps going.
But the reason I’m posting is because I have a few questions.
First, the bezel. Most Green Horse models I’ve found online seem to have a smooth bezel, while mine has this fluted one. Was that an original variation, or is it possible parts have been swapped?
Second… the price. €145 for a serviced ETA 2776 feels almost ridiculous. And I’m still wondering if I simply got lucky.
I also checked the caseback. It has 6620.2 engraved along with what appears to be a serial number. The movement looks clean to my eye and I can’t spot anything obviously suspicious… but I’d definitely appreciate opinions from people with more experience.
And finally, what’s the story with vintage Rado?
Are they genuinely undervalued compared to brands like Omega, Longines or Mido, or did I just found one hidden gem?
I’d love to hear your thoughts. Did I end up with a solid vintage piece… or should I be looking a little more carefully for signs that something isn’t original?
Either way, I’m really happy with it, and if this watch is the real deal, I honestly think Rado deserves a lot more love than it gets.
Thanks everyone!

Captain Cookin’…

…in the sun by the water.

I was tempted to jump in and cool off, but that’s the East River in Manhattan, so yuck.

(It’s actually much cleaner these days, but still – yuck.)

Captain Cook lume

Hi, I'm eyeing the anthracite Captain Cook. I wasn't able to find much info online - what's the lume like? How does it hold up?
