I hear Colombian rainbow boas mentioned as a good alternative to Brazilian rainbow boas for people who want an easier iridescent snake but I haven’t seen them have much iridescence and find their natural colour pretty dull. How bright is their iridescence and are their beautiful Colombian rainbow boa morphs that have patterns and bright iridescence?

He’s 6months old, weighs 80 grams, and climbs a rope like a champ. I’m so proud of my little guy 🥹

Pricilla will be 1 on 18th of June this year, she has grown loads since I got her in December, she is roughly 2.5ft and is on hopper mice every 10 days and judging by the bulge she has after she is not ready to go any bigger, google tells me she should be 3ft by now, could she just be a slow grower? (Please ignore my dogs pillow in the background)

And he is not wanting to eat anything offered

I have a feeling its a mix of new place + The fact that hes shed, hes not been acting lethargic at all and I think looks quite healthy, I've been offering him a pinkie every day at around 11- 2 am which is when we're both awake usually

Im not too worried about him starving as he ate about 3 weeks ago (before we got him) and according to his breeder stole several of his siblings pinkies and ate about five

But I do want to know what to look out for/ any tips on getting him to actually eat as all he seems intrested in is striking at my tongs, I have ended up letting him on the head with his mouse for five minutes and he just bleps at me
