Please help me revive my break team

Rappa is my fav character and i don't want to see her left in the dust by all my other teams.

I have the dahlia (who i desperately need to build) along with Ruan Mei, fugue, Gallagher. My team is Rmc, Ruan Mei (until i build the dahlia), Gallagher and Rappa.

I got unlucky trying to get Rappa's light cone and Lingsha :(

What stats are best to reach for for Rappa and The Dahlia?

My gut says to build speed so she can make the most of her ult. But i don't want to neglect break. Plus its already SO HARD to get to 200 speed on sw999 idk how I'm gonna do it, but i need a plan.

8 cost rappa team cant clear anom king

Im not sure how it is possible that a 8 cost team of E0S1 Rappa, E2S1(Cipher LC) Dahlia , E2S0 Fugue, and E6S5 DDD HMC cannot clear king stage anom. They literally just die before phase 2 of the boss. So much damage taken is thanks to the awesome lightning DOT that gets my team killed by wave 3.
