Hey everyone, this is my first post here and i wanted to get some opinions on my drawing.
I‘ve been drawing on and off for about half a year now. Lately i‘ve been having a lot of fun with it again, but at the same time im often unhappy with my results.
This is my second atteempt at drawing with white charcoal on black paper. I struggle a lot with small details because they blure very quickly and turn into a gray mess.
Do you have any tips on how i can improve?

feel i have plateaued, all criticism is welcomed. feel free to ignore the non blended forehead(the paper gave out), used too thin paper, i have learned from my mistake.
