Pork belly, diced to squares. Dry rub: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Baked 2 hrs. Spritzing with orange soda every half hour. Drained. Coated with honey siracha, pure honey and tossed in brown sugar. Baked another hour. Delectable.
