At the morning window, A shadow of green floats in the tea cup, In just one sip, The day's weariness fades away, Tea is a morning love story ☕ it's a normal cow milk Tea.

Black Tea with basil

My favorite drink is black tea with mint or in this case black tea with basil.

Anyone else pick different teas depending on their mood or the situation?

Do you guys have favorite teas you switch up based on how you’re feeling? I really love brewing a cup and just zoning out for a bit. It’s my little peaceful reset in the middle of busy days.

I recently opened a new Osulloc tea set and it’s perfect because the box has so many different flavors and scents. Makes it super easy to pick whatever matches my mood that day.

Here are the ones I’ve been obsessed with lately.

When I need a mood boost → Samda Honey Pear Tea: fresh pear scent with a soft honey note. Instantly feels refreshing.

When the weather’s chilly and I want something cozy → Marron Glace Black Tea: sweet, nutty chestnut aroma that just wraps around you and makes everything feel warmer.

When I’m feeling a bit under the weather or tired → Yuja Earl Grey: the bright yuzu scent helps my whole body relax.

It might seem a little extra to other people, but having these tiny routines actually feels pretty healing for me.

Anyone have a go-to bedtime tea? I want to try more scents so drop your favorites if you have any!

Yue Guang Bai followed by Black Gold Bi Luo Chun from Yunnan Sourcing

I got tea high.

Yue GuangBai, used 7grams on a 150ml gaiwan. It was solid, fruity, thick, herby, and it literally puts you in a very meditative state. Had it while having dinner.

Black Gold Bi Luo Chun, used 6grams same gaiwan. Sweet, heavy, thick, smooth and just right to end my whole day tea'ing session lol.
